I Don’t know how to deal with anxiety but don’t know how to talk about it

  1. Maybe just ramble? Even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone apart from you, it will help. I, too, have anxiety, and personally I find talking and sharing experiences really helpful. Take a look at how I write about it if you like. Just write everything you feel, describe where you are/what you’re doing/why it’s making you feel like this. That’s how I manage. And breathing exercises. If you ever want to talk I’m just a click away, you aren’t alone, I’m right here with you, just like many other people!
